Culinary master confectioner from French school Naser Gashi is the founder of the first French confectionery education and a comprehensive range of tasty and sophisticated treats in Slovenia. At the fair will be led by trendy courses manufacture confectionery.

Workshops PREPARATION OF ICE-CREAM / Confectionary presentation in Showroom

In a program of confectionery and ice cream workshops with top masters. You will be able to choose among a variety of workshops and by preparing traditional cakes in a simple manner (Milefoglie, tiramisu, Sacher, Cheesecake, ...), Gelato to Passeggio - Preparation of ice cream lights, preparing ice cream tub, vegan semifreddos (sorbeto), decoration of ice cream in ice cream display case.

7th International Slovenian Open Championship of GELATO

Thursday, 2. February 2017 at 10 am

The championship is for pastry chefs and ice cream makers, which have their own local production of ice cream in Slovenia or other countries.

This years flavour is STRAWBERRY
