Fiducia will host various workshops where you can prepare delicious dishes with well-known chefs. There will be the first Slovenian to have a cooking show on the well-known cooking television channel 24Kitchen - Primož Dolničar. Boštjan Palčič will also share his cooking secrets, while Urška Zavrl will present the modern vegan guidelines. This year, under the auspices of Fiducia, a young and talented Matej Zupančič from the Mastershef cooking show will be introduced.

SUPERB CUISINE USING SOUS VIDE

 

Slo Mac Pack is one of the leading suppliers of machines for vacuum packaging and vacuum cooking.

 

The cooking method, known as 'Sous Vide', has been very popular recently. 'Sous Vide' is a French term meaning 'cooking under vacuum'. You vacuum pack meat, vegetables, fish, fruits and other foods suitable for cooking and boil them in a low temperature water bath (50 to 70°C).

 

The workshop will be led by Slo Mac Pack, a leader in the field of vacuum packaging and vacuum cooking machines, in cooperation with the masters in this field; Rosario Canazzi and Giuseppe Pette.
